| Ardanuy Ingeniería wins a €1.2 M technical support contract in Colombia |

| In consortium with Consultora Latinoamericana de Ingeniería and TNM Limited, the total contract value amounts to €4.1 million |

The National Agency of Infrastructure in Colombia has awarded the consortium
Interférrea Atlántico the consultancy and the complete surveillance of the Atlantic
Railway Network for €4.1 million and has set 40-month deadline. Ardanuy Ingeniería
holds 30% of the consortium (which corresponds to €1.2 million), which also includes
Consultora Latinoamericana de Ingeniería S.A and TNM Limited of Israel.
The tender SEA-CM-006-2011 for the assistance for technical, socio-environmental,
legal, administrative, predial, financial and operational supervision was a great success.
At least 18 interested consortiums, concentrating 48 companies from Colombia,
Canada, Switzerland, Chile, Spain and Israel presented bids.
The Atlantic Railway Network has 245 operative kilometres, of which 145 km are part
of a second line from Chiriguaná (Cesar) to Ciénaga (Magdalena) with a small section
branching out to Santa Marta (Magdalena). This corridor carried in 2011 around 40
million tons of goods, a volume which is expected to increase significantly in the
coming years.
